Culture New Zealand

                                                                       Hello everybody welcome in my blog about the New Zealand, i hope you like it !!

Description of the new zealand:
The New zealand country with two island, the north island and the south island who was discover and explorer by Abel Janszoon Tasman on 13 december 1642.  This country  has extraordinary fauna and flora and that the two symbol are the kiwi and the kaponga.
 

In the New Zealand  tourism is a important industry in particular with Lord of the rings trilogy  directed by a New Zealander Peter Jackson.

In new zealand you can do a lot of activities like hiking, kayaking, biking, rafting, swimming with dolphins or seals, see wildlife, fishing, caving or relaxing too .


If you go in new zealand i propose to you a itinerary: maybe you can go to Winter Rimu in the south island because it's a good time for hike and explore and because there are a wonderfull mountains also you can visit a glacier in helicopter like franz josef or the fow. A other day you could go to see northland (north island), in particular Waipoua forest.The next day you can swim with the seal on the Kaipoura Peninsula . Finally you could left for two or three days in the cook island.

Me: Hi ! Claire, How are you today ?

Claire: I'm Fine, Thank you . and you ?

Me: I'm very well because it's the first time which I'm in New Zealand.

Claire : Great !

Me : Is it the first time that you travel ?

Claire : No, I went in the France, Italia,Japan, USA and in Australia, but I have never been to New Zealand !

Me : How long are you here?

Claire : Since 3 weeks and it is amazing Holiday .

Me : Well ... Why are you decided to come in New Zealand ?

Claire : I decided to come here because a lot of my friends said to me that was a wonderful country !

Me : What are you saw during your 3 weeks of holidays ?

Claire : In three weeks  I saw a lot of things:a butifull landscaps, a big glaciers like Franz Josej in helicopter, I visited national parks, i went to Winter Rimu for hike and explore , i made weka cycling trip, i swimming with dolphins and seals...

Me: Wow! it's really incradible. So i suppose to you enjoy your trip ?

Claire: yes absolutly !! And i hope to returning the next year.

Me: thank you for your information claire, i was nice to meet you.

Claire: yes me too, goodbye.

The Maori is a Polynesian population, they were arrived in  New Zealand in 13 century, this country is a last place in the World where the Humans were installed which the Maori. Now, The Maori population, represent 14% of this Island , also their languages and culture have got a important role in the Life aspects in New Zealand.

This peoples are in the North Island  in particular in the region d'East Cape, but there are a lot of tribes distributed in all the country.

The Maori culture is a art very  rich and traditional with a Haka, the Tattoos( Moko), The sculpture , The Weaving ...  This population was very good a sailors then they built a big canoe : The Waka.

The Rugby is introduced in New Zealand by Charles John Monro in 1860. The First match of rugby in this country was in 1870, and the New Zealand Rugby Football Union is created in 1892. It's a beginning of the All Blacks team . 

   In the new zealand's culture there is a sport who has a role very importent, in fact rugby it's really popular in particular the all blacks who has the best  record of any national team in the world . This team won the first rugby world cup and will host the 2011 world cup. They make a Haka who is a maori  challenge, at the start of international matches. It's a dance with a vigorus movements and a lot of facial expressions like grimaces, poking out the tongue, eye bulging and grunts and cries too.
